One of my mom’s recipe and its very delicious, I can guarantee that everyone that had taste it will ask for more…(^0^)
Ingredients:
a. pie’s contents
1. 4.5 ounces of water
2. 3.5 ounces sugar
3. ½ tin of skim milk
4. 9 pieces eggs
b· Pie’s crust
1. 2 ounces wheat flour
2. 1 ¼ ounces butter
3. 1 spoon sugar
How to make:
a. The pie's crust:
1. mix the wheat flour , butter dan sugar together, mix it until it dull
2. pour and print it into bowl or half bowl plate, toast it into oven
b. Pie'scontents:
1. boil water and pour sugar into it
2. mix milk with eggs, stir it then drained, then pour the sugar water dan drained it again
3. and then, pour the drained content into the roasted pie’s crust
4. bake the crust with content again until it ripe and turn into yellow gold color

fried rice
Fried Rice a la Kanton/Guang Dong
ingredients:
1. a bowl of rice
2. 20 grams of salted fish, cutted into small pieces
3. 2 spoons of fish sauce
4. 5 to 8 pieces of fish meatball
5. 5 to 8 pieces of shrimp
6. 15 grams of carrot, chop it into long but small pieces
7. 15 grams of cabbage
8. 2 small union of garlic
9. 2 pieces of onion
10. pepper
11. cooking oil
how to make:
1. pour the cooking oil, fried garlic and onion until you smell sweetness, then add shrimp and fish meatball, fried it.
2. then add carrot and cabbage into the ingredients above, stir it, pour a spoon of fish sauce, stir and fried it.
3. pour your rice and add more fish sauce, fried it, then add the chopped salted fish, mix it together.
4. add some pepper as many as your own taste, if you like hot then you can add more.
5. enjoy your meal...(^0^)....

Fish Rice Porridge
Fish Rice Porridge
this is one of chinese cuisine, originally from north of china, but had spread out all over china and had many variant of this cuisine, with the mixed of the county area, and this one is one of the variant from guangdong area.
Ingredients:
1. 1 bowl of rice
2. 200 grams of fish, (I prefer with no small bones), and chop it into pieces
3. 3 pieces of shiitake mushroom/hio kow
4. ½ spoon of tung chai (you can buy it in Chinese traditional foodstore)
5. 1 slice of ginger
6. ½ teaspoon of salt
7. 1 spoon of oyster sauce
8. 2 leaf of lettuce
9. ½ tea spoon of corn stark
10. ½ teaspoon of sesame oil
11. a cup of water
How to prepare:
1. boil water, pour the slices fish, slices mushroom, and lettuce
2. add salt and corn stark, stir it
3. lift the jar, pour it into a bowl of rice
4. pour ginger, oyster sauce, tung chai, and sesame oil in the rice bowl
5. served it hot…
6. you can add some pepper if you like…

in our home town, in indonesia, we called it krepek, and there’s many variant of these Tamil people’s cookies, this is one of it...
ingredients:
· ½ cup whole wheat flour
· 3 egg whites
· ¾ cup skim milk
· 1 pinch salt
· 1 ½ tablespoon vegetable oil
· ¾ cup mixed frozen berries, thawed and drained
· 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar for dusting
how to make it:
1. Whisk together the wheat flour, egg whites, milk, salt, and oil in a large bowl until smooth.
2. Lightly coat a skillet with cooking spray and place over medium heat.
3. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the skillet.
4. Tilt the pan in a circular motion to allow the batter to spread to the edges.
5. Cook until the bottom is light brown, about 3 minutes.
6. Flip the crepe and place 2 tablespoons of the mixed berries in the center of the crepe; cook another 2 minutes.
7. Fold the crepe in half and remove with a spatula to a serving plate. Dust with confectioners' sugar and your crepe is ready to serve.

Mint tea
Mint tea
Ingredients:
1. 1 liter hot boiling water
2. 100 grams of lump sugar, or more/less, according to your own taste
3. 2 stem of citronella
4. 40 grams of mint/peppermint leaf
5. 15 grams of tea
Hot to serve:
1. boil water along with lump sugar, citronella and mint leaf in small fire, boiled it until the essences of peppermint and citronella appear
2. put the tea into the ingredients above, and let it in there for 5-10 minutes
3. filter the ingredients above
4. pour it into a tea pot and your tea is ready to serve
5. if its not too sweet, you can add more sugar

1. 6 pieces of large prawn or lobster
2. 1 pieces of calmondin or lime
3. 1 tea spoon of salt
4. 4 spoons of sweet sauce
5. 3 spoons of cooking oil
6. 3 spoons of hot boiling water
Spices
1. 4 pieces of onion
2. 3 cloves of garlic
3. 2.5 cm of ginger
4. 1 joint of turmeric
5. 3 sheet of orange leaf
6. 4 pieces of red chilly
7. ½ tea spoon of black pepper
How to serve:
1. cut all of the prawn into 2 pieces, then pour salt and lime’s/ calamondin’s water onto it, let it soak in for 20 minutes
2. blend all the spices together until all mixed up
3. cook onto small fire all into one, the sweet sauce, cooking oil, hot boiling water and the spices, stir it until it mixed up together, don’t cook too long
4. roast the prawn and spread/ lubricated it with the spices until it ripe and turn into brown gold colour
5. serve it with sweet hot chilly sauce

Steamed chicken with pineapple and bitter melon a la hainan
Steamed chicken with pineapple and bitter melon a la hainan
this recipe was given to me by my friend, a Taiwanese who loved to eat and she said this is one of the hainan’s people traditional cuisine.
Ingredients:
1. 3 slices of sour pineapple (I prefer not to sour one, but its depend one’s taste)
2. ½ of bitter melon
3. 1 part of chicken’s thigh
4. ¼ spoon of salt
5. 3 cups of water
How to serve:
1. cut chicken’s thigh into pieces, pour boiling water on it and drained it
2. wash clean the bitter melon, cut of and throw away its seed and cut it into pieces
3. cut the pineapple into pieces
4. put all the ingredients together, pour the water and salt into it, steamed it until the chicken meat is soft
5. if you like, you can add some pepper onto it
6. steamed chicken a la hainan ready to served with hot chilly sauce
7. for some people who love ginger, adding some pieces of ginger could be a good choice, for adding a ginger flavour too...
